Operators/Managers are compensated both on an hourly basis as well as sharing in the overall production of the business. Operators/Managers do not build equity in the business, and their contractual agreement is not transferable. Profitability varies depending upon several factors, including Operator/Manager’s ability to manage and promote business, operating costs, location and sales.
